English Speaking Competition 2024

On April 23, 2024, three of our school’s best English learners – that is Magdalena Moser (2a), Laura Sonnberger (3a), and Elias Bacher (3c) – accepted the challenge to participate in this year’s English Speaking Competition (EWE, Begabtenförderung) in Mittelschule St. Veit. After a school-intern preliminary round in which the three qualified themselves among other students, many weeks of hard work and practice followed until the speeches finally reached the teacher’s (and especially the students‘) full satisfaction.  Obviously, all the efforts paid well off: Magdalena, Laura, and Elias did an excellent job and gained one more valuable (life)experience. Laura even made it to the finals – the Kärntner Landesfinale – which will take place in May this year! Congratulations!! :)
